The Togo Maritime Administration issues three categories of STCW endorsements for maritime officers. Click each type to view required documentation.

Certificate of Receipt of Application (CRA) issued to officers while their full endorsement documentation is being processed. Valid during the application review period.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Completed Application form
  • Copy of valid STCW '95 appropriate certificate
  • Officer's medical fitness certificate (within 12 months)
  • Color photograph by email
  • Copy of officer's valid national passport
  • Copy of officer's valid seaman passport
