  14. 14Passport / ID copy of the shareholders
  15. 15Readable copy of all previous flag certificates (Registry, Radio Station Licence, MSM, CSR, Safety Radio, Class, Statutory/ISM/ISPS)
  16. 16Readable copy of ITC certificate
  17. 17Updated non-encumbrance certificate from existing registry (max 7 days)

Undertaking Letters Required — All Vessels:

Notarized Undertaking re: trading restrictions UN & EU (DPRK/North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Crimea, Iran, Russia, Donbas Region) + OFAC restrictions.

Additional for Tanker Vessels:

Above letters + Notarized ANNEX 1 — Official Declaration — Russian Oil Price Cap Scheme.

Registration Process

STEP 01

Application Submission

Submit vessel particulars and ownership documentation through the ENSIGN portal or your Deputy Registrar.

STEP 02

Document Review

Our team reviews submitted documents for compliance with Togo maritime law and international conventions.

STEP 03

Survey & Classification

Vessel undergoes survey by an authorized Recognized Organization or Classification Society.

STEP 04

Flag Certificate Issued

Upon approval, the Certificate of Registry under the Togo flag is issued along with all statutory documents.
