Our Mission

With the decision of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Togo to re-structure and expand its registry, the International Registrations Bureau was founded in 2008 with main offices in Lebanon and Greece, serving as the exclusive registrar's office for the privatized open registry of Togo.

Our mission is to provide efficient, transparent, and internationally compliant maritime flag state services while embracing digital transformation to serve our global maritime community.
